According to a professor at Japan's Waseda University, North Korea ’s “Dear Leader”, Kim Jong-Il, passed away in the fall of 2003 and a stand-in has been fooling the world for at least five years. Kim hasn't been since seen August, fueling speculations that he is gravely ill or dead.
